This photo documents the benefits of dynamic tension breathing and body building using resistance bands while performing the completion of a biceps curl. Resistance bands simulate training in the grappling arts, as both BJJ and resistance bands increase the resistance towards the end of the movement. This is the major benefit of resistance bands to simulate training in BJJ while “lifting – pulling and pushing your training partner in multiple directions with minimal stability” in my opinion.
